Blind ordered Thursday afternoon and was delivered early Saturday afternoon. Fantastic service, just as good as I’ve experienced before with Velux. We misplaced/lost one of the small fixing brackets for a blind and a replacement was on its way within minutes. A superb service all round, with high quality windows and blinds. We have 7 Velux windows and blinds of various sizes and love them all. Thank you so much.
