I really liked the fact that I could defer delivery by a few days which allowed me to pick a day I knew I was going to be in. The delivery date was spot on and the communication leading up to it was perfect. Fast and easy - perfect Thank you

Great product, we will be buying more! A greater range of fun colours and patterns (not just the children’s range) would be welcome. We bought the clouds in blue sky blackout and love them!

Yes rang as my velux pole had broken ,required a new one to manually open windows & my velux blinds,which were installed 2016. I had no part number or paper work as my builder installed. The customer service lady on the phone was fantastic ,gave me concise information of what I needed & the cost exactly, including delivery. Well done velux

The blind was easy to fit, I couldn’t quite get one side of the trim to be flat but decided not to fiddle too much in case it broke. You don’t notice it. Really happy that it makes the room so dark, should’ve done it years ago. Was just unhappy with the delivery method as I didn’t get a choice in carriers and would never opt for Parcelforce. They ignored my response to their text about delivering a different day because I wouldn’t have been in and just took it to a random place - no card left, just gave me a postcode so had to try and locate it. Then took ages to retrieve it. Would be better with Royal Mail, DPD, or even Evri.

Spent two entire days waiting at home for the delivery since it didn't arrive on the day it was scheduled and the next day the delivery slot was 8am to 6pm. Eventually it was dumped on the front path at half five and the driver made no attempt to check if I was in or not. Do NOT select a delivery date from these people unless you are willing and able to spend the following day at home also waiting for it.
