Durable can't comment as new. Didn't know there is a warranty. Delivery came 2 different days but 2nd was due day. Really pleased with blinds they look very smart.

We specifically asked for our blinds to be delivered on Kinday 4th August as we would be at home. We arrived back from a weekend away to find the boxes blinds in our flowerbed where they had been rained on since their delivery. The package is showing water damage and we have yet to check the Bon de themselves for water damage.

Your delivery agent “Evri” were rubbish the left the package lying on the grass not in the secure box

The blackout blind does not fully cover the window with there being a gap at the bottom,it will not roll down without several stops in the process. I asked for the advertised 20% discount to be told that only applied to an external blind. I am still waiting for the blind holders I have paid for. I also feel that I was misinformed and denied the discount which I would be glad to be paid.

Could have done with more accurate delivery notice - luckily we were in to receive the blinds.
