CustomerGauge Reviews is part of the CustomerGauge ecosystem. With CustomerGauge companies collect valuable customer feedback via a survey sent via email. Only when you receive a survey sent via CustomerGauge, you can write a review and opt-in to publish your review on CustomerGauge Reviews.
Net Promoter Score is a loyalty metric used as a KPI for customer experience. We first ask customers the question "How likely is it that you would recommend this company to a friend or colleague?" on a scale of 0 - 10. Customers who answer 0 - 6 are called Detractors, 7 - 8 are Passives and 9 - 10 are Promoters.

To calculate the NPS, we take the % of Promoters and subtract the % of Detractors. The result is the NPS ranging from -100 to +100.

We show star ratings on a 0 - 5 scale. To calculate the number of stars, we take the company's average or the customer's rating (0 - 10) and divide this by two. Note that we only show full stars, and that zero stars won't be shown in the Google Search results. For the mapping of score to stars, see the table on the right for more information.
