The blinds are relatively simple to fit if you have diy skills but they do seem fairly flimsy and not sure how they will last with daily use. The insect blinds however are awful and being returned. They are bulky, ugly and ridiculously expensive having to purchase two and a kit for most windows and look a nightmare to fit. Whilst they have video showing how to fit the simpler straight insect blind, there is nothing showing the more complex knee wall insect blind which requires the two blinds and a fixing kit. Probably too complicated to show.. The returns procedure is particularly fussy and time consuming requiring uploaded pictures, form with all the code numbers of all returning items submitted by email for consideration over 72hrs. The t&c’s specify that any with damaged boxes or red tags removed cannot be returned. No information about any return charges so left guessing. The website is particularly unhelpful around the returns procedure and any costs to the customer. They could do well to look at other companies simple return procedures. Would I buy from them again? Maybe the blinds dependant on how well they perform. The insect blinds, an absolute unequivocal NO!

The onto thing I would say is that I accidentally ordered the wrong one first because the numbers are all very similar. I think it should be a bit clearer.

I was sent a deliver text but it actually turned out to be the shipping out text. Items arrived on day given after orderas promised .

I had a problem with rectifying a slightly gaping mitre on my solar powered blackout blind. When ordering a replacement cord system for a manual rooflight blackout blind I mentioned this problem to Alistair. He quickly understood the issue and gave both reassurance and the method of resolving it. I subsequently did resolve the problem. Great help and friendly manner which boosted my ‘customer confidence’. Thanks, Alistair!

Battery completely flat and solar blind was dead. Two days charging made no difference so a replacement blind ordered which still has not arrived.

The ordering process and delivery were extremely simple. Your service is efficient and logical and the delivery was early. I have never installed your blinds before but it was very straightforward. From a business perspective it is exactly what I require when ordering products and your service matches your reputation.
