You did badly Ordered 2 items only one item delivered. Couldn’t get a reply from customer service by phone now facing up to 72 Hour wait for a response by email meantime the blind I ordered is as much use as the proverbial chocolate teapot as the mounting brackets I ordered have not been delivered and are missing from the delivery note but were on the confirmation note . I assume I have paid £70 + for blind and £5 for the fittings the lack of which make the blind useless

We replaced 4 old roof windows (from 1980s) with 4 Velux windows. Really pleased with them. Have installed blinds on 3 of them (ne is in a bathroom so no blind). Very clear instructions, simple to install in any case and very pleased with how they look. Only negative: we ordered 3 together but the deliveries were separate - seemed odd to us.

The blind I received had two small spots in the blackout coating that allowed light in through the blackout blind. Rather than return the product, I covered these up with adhesive opaque tape.

Very glad I purchased an original Velux rather than a cheaper version. It was fitted in 15 minutes by my very impressed nephew.

The instructions for linking the window control to the window was very difficult to follow. In particular the images/diagrams where less than clear

We found installation very challenging; in particular the side bars fitting into the top and the strings into their bottom clips.

Can’t understand that two identical products were delivered separately! Delivery company (Evri) informed me by email when they had product (two emails) - informing me that they would advise on delivery time when out for delivery- this never happened. One parcel then delivered on Friday then the other on Saturday
