I have 2 velux windows in each of my kids (now grown up) bedrooms. The blinds aren't cheap and sometimes don't last long for kids or teenagers who won't always be extra careful. All it takes is to dislodge the blind from the runner and it's almost impossible to recover. I've had to replace every blind long before I would like to. You need to look at a more robust design.
