You sent a delivery note before the product was delivery. I had the builder hunting around everywhere including disturbing all the neighbours to find the blind. Then you sent a customer satisfaction survey, yet on ringing customer services you haven't delivered the blind yet and apparently this sometimes happens! It shouldn't. Lets hope the blind does get delivered soon.

Ordering and payment were simple, ordered on the 6th June and expected delivery it on the 20th.Luckily we are not in a rush but 2 weeks is is far from the best.

I specifically ordered the blinds to be delivered tomorrow both on your website and via parcelforce website after they ignored my request and lgave a date when I knew I would be away. I’ve come home to a message from parcelforce and a postcard telling me to pick up from my local post office which isn’t terribly local. What is the point in asking me for a date if you are going to ignore it? If I’d known I would’ve delayed the order.
