Having received the blind after 12 days of ordering, I'm really disappointed with the product, there are a lot of ripples in the material and its not completely blackout, there are gaps where the light comes in, having had this type of blind for the past 13 years, it's really not how I expected it to be.

Very disappointed that this blackout blind has not been modified (DKL P10 1100S). The blind seems to last only a few years before the friction cord mechanism seizes up. and attempts to open or close the blind damage the mechanism. My suspicion is that the mechanism is suitable only for smaller windows (where I've not had this problem).

The window was installed around 20 years ago so I was very pleased to find that you still manufacture the blinds for it and you can have them made in bespoke colours. The installation instructions were easy to follow and it was a straight forward job to replace the original blind.

When I ordered the window I was told by the installer I needed to order your flashing kit. I ticked all the boxes for size of tile etc and assumed this would be included in my order. However when the tea came to install the window it became apparent that the fishing kit had NOT been ordered. This was not made clear on the website or my order details. As a custom, how I was supposed to know this had not been added to the order?
