Easy to use website and ordering process and delivered on time and well packaged. Excellent service, will be ordering a second one soon.

Replacement blind was expensive and included parts which were not needed (metal sides and fittings, etc). Would prefer to buy the individual parts, much cheaper and less wasteful.

Window was installed with no fuss by the installer. A great service On the downside, the velux app control for the window was a complete pain to try and get it to sync but it did eventually work

Had a new flat roof window delivered at the start of March (6th/7th). Fitted eventually but tricky. Once in place couldn\'t work out how to drive open/closed. After contacting velux and sending some photos it turns out there are components missing from the window so there are no mains to connect on to. Exchanged several emails/calls with a ton of photos, filling in access forms etc so an engineer could be arranged to come and fit the parts. The date given was 28th April so over a month. A little disappointed really with the experience so far.

window mountings were not included with the new blind and had to be ordered separately. This was no clear in your advert or on the order sheet if you are selling new blinds you should also include mountings as the original ones would be well worn and unsightly.
