I emailed asking for quick delivery as the product was being brought to me in France. I did not receive a response and to date have no idea if my order has being sent or delivered. Unimpressed.

The website needs to flag up during ordering that another pack is needed for particular windows. Our GGL 304 window needs an adapter pack that we did not know about until we saw the installation instructions.

I had to try several times to get my order to go through. As I wasn't sure if only one order had gone through I ended up phoning customer services to confirm that there was only one order. Lady at Velux very helpful.

Notified that the blind would be delivered on a specific date and between certain times by a named person. It didn't arrive and tracking info said that it had back to the depot. However, it arrived the following day with no further updates. The packaging was damaged, but fortunately the blind was OK.
