Can’t understand that two identical products were delivered separately! Delivery company (Evri) informed me by email when they had product (two emails) - informing me that they would advise on delivery time when out for delivery- this never happened. One parcel then delivered on Friday then the other on Saturday

This is our third blind from Velux; this one is a Venetian blind. They have all been really easy to assemble and work beautifully.

I ordered 6 items. Delivery was spread over a week 2 items delivered 25th June, 3 items on the 26th June and final Item on the 3rd July after a few calls to Velux. Could it be possible to coordinate with delivery service to dispatch as one package?? Overall I am happy with products and your response to missing item.

A good product and efficient delivery. Fitting was straightforward for anyone with basic DIY skills, printed instruction guide came with product and fitting video available on You tube.

Fantastically easy to install even for a basic DIYer like myself. Really liked the easy to follow pictorial fitting instructions. Also, liked that more of each screw type than is actually required for fitting is supplied, invaluable when you drop one during installation and it rolls down the roof into the gutter.

I was given a delivery date but the product arrived 3 days early. While I was happy to receive the product more quickly, it was lucky there a person available to accept it.

I actually found the website a bit tricky to navigate so emailed and included my phone number. The call back was surprisingly quick and the lady who dealt with me was absolutely brilliant with her product knowledge including some very useful hints and tips. Very impressed indeed.
