Awful experience! One blind arrived and had to contact customer service twice as the other blind missing! Second blind arrived extremely late (and it was the second time they dispatched it) and very damaged! Not impressed with the excuses from customer services.

One item I ordered was not delivered so I cannot fit all the blinds. I reached out and was told that another would be dispatched but have now received information that there is a factory shortage so it is not clear when it will come and I need it before renters come in - very unhappy.

The DIY instructions were exceptional. For a complete novice like me it ensured that the window blind was accurately fitted to expectations. In addition, it was easy to provide the correct information to Velux so that the correct product was ordered. Very impressed.

Yes we ordered the brackets as well as the blind. The blind eventually arrived p, however, we are still awaiting the brackets! So we can’t put the blind up until we receive these. These brackets I feel should also be part of the blind order to prevent this happening again where they are dispatched separately I have just had an email saying the brackets have been delayed so again preventing installation! So I’m not happy about this
