Products & telephone services are stellar. Delivery is a disaster. From VELUX supply centre to GLS (whatever that is) to what turns out to be Parcelforce with confusing delivery emails culminating in a failed delivery with absolutely no communication with the customer. Still no idea when/if it will arrive

Extremely disappointed. The fixing kit was missing from one of the blinds purchased. From the look of the packaging they had been removed and the box taped up again. Only discovered when being installed. Contacted your after sales and told you don’t have any spares in the country so we have to wait 2 weeks for them to come from Denmark! Not good enough!! I won’t be recommending Velux.

Velux black out blinds are really good quality and fit the windows perfectly. The installation only took minutes and the instructions were clear to follow. Delivery was quicker than expected.

Really impressed with Velux. Website easy to navigate, easy to identify appropriate product and measurements. I spoke to customer services to clarify something and they were really helpful. When the product arrived it was simple to fit with very clear instructions.

Delivery of three blinds was fine, no complaints. I did, however, order six rod adapters, two for each blind. The delivery for these was farcical. Each adapter, approx 50mm long was packed in an individual Jiffy bag, each bearing a postage label! The delivery company, Evri, was appalling. The driver, turned up on my doorstep smoking a cigarette, a first in my experience, thrust the aformentioned six Jiffy bags into my hand and returned to the unmarked car he arrived in. A deeply unprofessional experience. The blinds themselves came via Parcelforce and that was ok.

I think the 10 days shipping is very poor and should be improved, as a past resident of France I know what exactly what the problem is... the French ways!.... it didn't move at all over the weekend, but when it comes to the UK it was delivered on a Saturday. Plus the first time I came to use one of the blinds... the top cover came off and I had to remove the whole blind kit to refit it, plus the system of fitting the top cover is very poor and not at all very rugged, I had apply some bonding agent to hold it more secure, so a job that should have taken 30 – 45 minutes actually took 3 – 4 hours. Plus your fitting instructions are very poor, particularly to do with pairing 2 separate blinds.... especially for my model, in-fact I found out how to do it using Grok AI.... now they work very well.

We ordered 3 blinds, 2 of the same type. The delivery was quick, but only 2 of the 3 items were delivered. We then received no further tracking information. The final item was delivered 3 days after the first 2, but with no indication it was going to be delivered. Fortunately we were in.
