Your customer services agent was fantastic, very helpful and ran through the ordering process for my new replacement blinds. However, two blinds were ordered and only one delivered. I have had no updates on when the second will be delivered. Very frustrating and still awaiting on my second blind.

Everytime we have contacted Velux, whether with a technical query or an order query, the agents have been friendly, more than helpful and knowledgeable. I would always recommend Velux for their professionalism and quality of product. Thank you!

Codes were on the windows which I purchased about twenty years ago (still going strong) so it was a simple case of applying code and choosing design, quick & easy, as was the installation

If you want positive feedback, don't use EVRI as your courier. You are asking for feedback a week after the delivery was due but it's still not here and EVRIs tracking has no update apart from a generic message immediately after they received the parcel from you to say that there is a delay. In my experience they probably apply that message to every parcel they collect.

This latest blind was the third I have bought. The product is very well made and easy to install.

Only thing you could make better is the instructions just print them bigger please

A very good product, the instructions could be a bit better in explaining how to fit the blind, but otherwise no problems. I would certainly recommend this blind.
