The service was excellent. Rather than trust my own judgement on whether the product was suitable for my needs, I spoke to customer service who double checkey the information for me then guided me through the purchasing process. The product was delivered quickly and on time and installation was straightforward with the clear instructions.
I installed the older style blinds, new was a replacement, loved the sizing code, and most of installation process. Only thing I didn’t like was the blind wouldn’t click into place before screwing in side panels, so one hand holding blind, the other screwing in to wood…. tricky with one hand! Also I removed the old bits because the new blind didn’t click into them, then realised the new fixings were exactly the same! and didn’t need to remove old ones…… small detail but if this was sorted out, would have been the perfect install
