A slight complaint really. There wasn’t any instruction manual included. I searched the instructions in line. In a video I found it was implied there would be a toll included which fitted the screws. There wasn’t one and I had to get my own,

The installation instructions could be clearer but the blackout blind was excellent once installed.

The cardboard packaging of the blind was damaged on arrival, but nothing was damaged inside

Quality of blinds is poor... do not last for long, and the cause for the damage is always the same... design and materials used lack of quality.

Very pleased with the simplicity of fitting the blinds and how exact they fit.

Found the ordering easy but once you have the delivery the instructions are poor and website seems to be lacking help if you are struggling with fitting. I now have two electric blinds which i can’t fit and velux make out it the easiest process. It’s impossible to work out how to pair the blind to remote too - instructions again unhelpful.

The blind we ordered arrived earlier than expected and is of great quality and overall we are very pleased with it however the fitting instructions need updating, they are difficult to follow and an updated velux \'how to install\' video for customers to refer to would be of great benefit.
