Excellent product, so well made and easy to install. Only criticism was that I had no message or email on the day of delivery to say it\'s out for delivery that day.
Pleased with our new Velux blackout blinds. However we had to purchase different fixing brackets as the new blinds did not match those on our Velux windows. We followed the instructions and ordered the correct blinds but our windows are 30 years old and so the fixings must have changed
Having ordered 2 different blinds for 3 windows, all 3 arrived with the same product code which caused confusion. My original blinds were fitted to windows installed in 2005 which had wooden side strips into which the rod would sit at periodic intervals. Are these to be removed? Also your fitting instructions are not easy to understand
