Everything I expected from an online ordering system to delivery. Production great quality
An excellent product. We were replacing (very) old blinds and could still use the original fittings. No complaints at all about the quality of materials and the entire ordering and delivery process.
Parcelforce are awful. Delivery was a day late and their tracking information is incomprehensible. Loathe to order from you again unless you change courier
It would be better if it was pointed out that another device was required to use the app to control the blinds. It would also be better if the existing windo control was able to control the blinds. If it is then my apologies as I haven\'t looked into that at this time but one less control box would be better. The blinds were easy to fit and well thought out from a design aspect to make them easy to fit for any one with the slightest DIY ability. Although I was a bit worried about the amount of force that was required to push the side track on, it all came together relatively easily.
Solar blinds were easy to choose on line, then easy DIY install and are absolutely brilliant.
I was surprised to get a delivery note but they weren\'t delivered until the next day. Perhaps you could change the wording.
