Really impressed. What was good as well is my blind was so easy to fit, even for a wally like me.

Fastening clips were added to the basket but not required. Previous blind was 50% more expensive and lasted half as long. New blind is much simpler, much better and much cheaper.

The codes on your windows make life so easy for customer’s. I had no problem finding a replacement blind I needed and in the same colour to match another original

My parcel had an incomplete address so Parcelforce could not deliver it. My housename was missing, although it was entered correctly online, and showed correct on the order receipt. You need to sort out your addressing system, the address being printed on parcels is very unclear
