Easy to navigate website and find exactly what I needed unfortunately the only issue I had was in ordering samples, they didn’t arrive however when I sent an email explaining that I hadn’t received them, you promptly reordered them and sent them to me and I received the second lot of samples in a few days helping me choose the colour that best suited my room. Ordering the blind online was easy and the blind was delivered in under a week again a reasonable amount of time from the order to receiving the item.
