Fantastically easy to install even for a basic DIYer like myself. Really liked the easy to follow pictorial fitting instructions. Also, liked that more of each screw type than is actually required for fitting is supplied, invaluable when you drop one during installation and it rolls down the roof into the gutter.

I was given a delivery date but the product arrived 3 days early. While I was happy to receive the product more quickly, it was lucky there a person available to accept it.

I actually found the website a bit tricky to navigate so emailed and included my phone number. The call back was surprisingly quick and the lady who dealt with me was absolutely brilliant with her product knowledge including some very useful hints and tips. Very impressed indeed.

Extremely pleased with the velux solar blind , perfect fit to our installed windows , your order and information provided ensure that we had everything required via window product codes . Pleated blind which you recommended for kitchen and lounge areas , perfect , blocks the sun but still lets light through Many thanks to all involved Gerry B

5 items, including 3 blinds, were ordered on 28th June. Despatch was on 1 and 2nd of July. 3 items were left and later discovered in our garage, on 2nd July without anyone ringing the bell. 1 item was delivered on Friday at 8pm We are still waiting for the MO6 blind a week after ordering. I gave up waiting for the customer service phone to be answered My email query to velux generated a ticket number with a 72 hour response time. The blinds received are good quality but the delivery system is shockingly bad

We ordered 2 blinds due to be delivered on Thursday. Only 1 blind has arrived. The blinds were ordered for my 5 year old son’s new bedroom. We are having to use a rumble sack on one window to make it dark enough for him to sleep. The delivery company you use has subcontracted to evri. Evri are well known to be very unreliable in the highlands of Scotland. I contacted your customer service line twice on Thursday. The first time we prior to delivery of only one blind. The customer service agent was extremely helpful. He was very apologetic that Evri had failed to update the tracking details on the app. Following delivery of only one blind later in the day I contacted customer services once again. This time the agent was extremely unhelpful. He wasn’t bothered that we had only received one blind. He didn’t offer to contact the delivery company to find out where the other blind was. I wouldn’t order from velux again. I always thought that velux was a very good company. Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery process and one of your customer service agents. Hopefully my blind will arrive on Monday. Your are just another company that has no care for customers in the highlands of Scotland
