Great quality, very easy to fit, and cheaper than buying elsewhere (with supposedly big discounts)
Website has plenty of choice and free blind samples were ideal for ensuring correct colour choice. Product ordering was straight forward, customer service were quick and helpful to address a small issue with the delivery. Delivery was ahead of the quoted time and the fitting system is really quick and clever. 2 pleated blinds fitted in under 15 minutes.
1) Disappointed that couldn’t order a replacement battery for my 12 yr old solar blind 2) Couldn’t manually correct my house address so was relieved to have received delivery

The delivery date was moved to a week later, but then it arrived on the original delivery date, which was a surprise.
The small plastic runners attached to the fabric, about 3 have already broken off, which means the fabric is coming out of the guide rail and gets crumpled when we try to close the blind
