One of the cords in our blind had frayed. It seemed very wasteful that this couldn’t be replaced requiring a new blind to be purchased

Delivery date given but no delivery made, we were here all day. Unfortunately, with the delayed delivery, and now unknown delivery date, there is a possibly no one will be at the house and the package will be stolen if left outside. Can we reschedule delivery for an agreed alternative date and we'll give Velux a good rating score. I don't see a reschedule option?

The product I bought required additional fixings, these were flagged on the website but not available via searching. Your customer team resolved the problem, but only after a 20 minute wait on hold. And the fixings have not yet been delivered. Eta 12 days after the main product.

Packaging was torn badly but product not damaged. Very pleased with easy fitting & quality of the blind.

Great reliable product. Installation guide is not so clear, over complicated. However, agent on the phone was very good and sorted immediately.

The site drove me crazy (the product itself is great actually easy to install and works really well) but the website needs some serious improvement. I had to manually write down the product codes and cross reference them with the samples as to the names. You should be able to click on the colour of the blind and it comes up then and there with the name of the colour and the code rather than having to put them in your basket and work out the colour afterwards once you get to the buying part of the page. Then I had to buy another blind (my fault) the return page requesting the photos didn’t work very well - the next day it did no idea what was different. But then I had to order a different size blind and came up with this and awful problem as to try and work out the colour of the blind and make sure it was the same - again had to go to the final page before buying to find out the product code. What a pain. I was waiting for this feedback form as it really needs improvement.

The help I had from the technical team was excellent but the wait on the phone to speak to anyone was unacceptable. I had to make 3 calls with wait times of around 15 minutes which was really annoying. It’s a shame because once through to your team, the information and advice was faultless.
