Good quality & straightforward to install with the clear instructions. I was concerned that window sizes may have changed in the years since my skylight was installed. However it was a perfect fit.

You sent me an order which was incomplete. When I tried to call and talk to someone I gave up waiting on the phone. I used the online service and got a ticket number and a promise that someone would get back to me in 72 hours. You didn’t. Instead you sent the parts I was trying to tell you I no longer needed and wanted a refund on. Absolutely rubbish service. It’s ticket 13663497 if you want to look it up. Total waste of space.

Written instructions would be helpful. The pictures are a good guide but it was trickier than we expected to install.

Very happy with the blinds. I received a lot of emails about the delivery but all from different companies- confusing as I thought I had been scammed! It eventually arrived from EVRI.

If there is a delay to order more information should be given than “Due to unforeseen circumstances the original estimated delivery date will change. As soon as the issue has been resolved, we will contact you to advise the new delivery date.” Having no idea when your item may arrive is unacceptable

Great product. i think. Not used for long enough yet to see if the heat reduction blind really works, as it doesn’t appear to have an immediate effect. But recognise it’s been unusually hot!. Website is great to navigate you to get the perfect blind for your window according to the windows code number.I chose an external blind and fitting instructions were very clear and easy to folllw.
