Overall happy with the product and service. The products are well-engineered, straightforward to install and function well. All good! Things that could be improved: 1) delivery lead-time was longer (3½ weeks) than I'd have liked. 2) As a DIY installer I found a few steps in some of the pictures-only installation leaflets slightly challenging to understand for a while. All were clear enough in the end, and I do get that "a picture's worth a thousand words" and that translation is tedious for such an international product, but a _few_ would have helped!
