Written instructions as the graphical ones are insufficient. Also open up the remote control to reduce the need for multiple hubs using same frequency. Allow guest devices for roller blinds, garage doors, etc.

Having one of 2 six year old blinds fail it was a shock to find that the light blue colour had been deleted and there was no other option than to buy two blinds to retain the colour match. The delivery timescales were excessive.

My only area for improvement would be the in box fitting instructions and online video for installing the blinds....It\'s super easy once you work it out the first time but mastering the first time is a challenge that is not supported by your current instructions. This is minor feedback because everything else about your service and aftercare is exceptional!

All in all easy to order online, not too long to wait for blind to arrive, love the colour, easy to put together. Highly recommend.

I only ordered samples, and will definitely be ordering blinds once I have the new windows in. Great choice of colours and types.

Parcelforce didn\'t leave parcel with neighbour as requested. So how I\'ve got to travel 45min each way to collect it. Or not bother and order from elsewhere. Velux let down by an inflexible shit courier
