I think the installation instructions could have been clearer. Once we had done one - we were ok.
The blind was excellent but because my small window is old and the wood very hard, your screws down the sides were not good enough and had that silly round hole for the screwdriver which we didn’t have. But we found others so all was good but took quite long to fit. However it looks very good now.
Obviously a quality product. I had some trouble with the solar blind but rang support and got there in the end with the video he pointed me to.
The speed of delivery and quality of the product were excellent. The only issue was finding that very few colours were available for the blind we needed.
Very happy with the help I received with my query and the time I was given to explain my problem
