At the same time, I ordered 4 items, the delivery of which so far has come in dribs and drabs. To date only 2 items have been delivered. So I have to wait in now, twice more for the other 2 items! That for me is unsatisfactory. It would have been better for me if you had held all items for delivery altogether.
How can velux justify charging £14.60 including packing for a telescopic pole blind adaptor/hook when I can buy it from a builders merchant, who then orders it from Velux, and charges me £6.43 ?
Shame that you’re recommended service companies on your website. Don’t follow up on there servicing emails.!
My Velux has been fitted twenty years and to be able to purchase the correct fitting blind of such good quality after all these years is remarkable. This is how things should be. Thanks
