I found the instructions inadequate and had to look online at somebody fitting a replacement blind to know how to do it. In particular it was not clear that the replacement blind needed to be fixed to the existing frame and that a drill was needed to drill into the hardwood frame (I\'m not that strong).
You dealt with the initial non-delivery of my extender pole very efficiently & very quickly sent a replacement free of charge. I wish Parcelforce who were the courier were as good as you guys! At least it eventually arrived today 4/12 & is just what I needed. Thank you ☺️
I have fitted several of your blinds in the past without problem and have always been impressed with the quality and templates which ensure accurate placement. On this occasion, despite having fitted and refitted the blind several times it is very stiff to operate, requiring considerable pressure to open and close. I suspect it’s useful life will be limited.
