I have purchased a solar powered blackout blind together with a remote control wall switch. I was unaware a switch was included in the blind pack, but in my defence the website did not make this clear. I have left the switch in its box unopened and sought return / refund via the on line form; that was 6 days ago and I have yet to receive a substantive response. Other than that I am very pleased with the product and it’s delivery.
