Had a problem with one of the blinds, this was resolved quite quickly and a replacement was sent. Overall blinds look good and work well.

I have installed several of these blinds. This is the first one that has failed to click properly into place in step one with the result that it kept falling out of the window and installation was very difficult. And the blind is a different shade of blue to before. Again, not a problem I have had previously.
