Emailed customer service as I hadn’t realised that I would need an adaptor for each of my blinds, I had only ordered one. I got a call back from a very helpful staff member and was able to order and pay for an additional adaptor which was sent out with the rest of my order.

It is so easy to work out what you need with the code. Provides great reassurance that you are choosing the correct size. Great range of colours/transparency We chose the navy blackout ones to match existing curtains in the room and they look so smart. They move really smoothly and I really like the way it can be open any amount.

Was told that there would be a delay in supply for what I would have expected to be a stock item. Then got another message to say it had been dispatched, I thought great, no delay! But on careful reading it said the delivery date would be 10days forward!!!!Why so long to get it to me???
