When I usually get samples, they are sent out the next day - yours took 8 days to arrive, and didn't even have the name of the sample on them, so I had to look up the code. This could definitely be improved. Also, they were backed with silver and when I tried to find out on the website if this was standard and what it meant, there was no way of getting information about this. They also felt extremely thin compared to other samples I got, which worried me. I think they would be backed with other material to make them thicker and stiffer for the actual blind, but I'm not sure!
