These seem to be the official Velux blinds at a cheaper price. The only thing you lose out on is the ability to return if your order is wrong which you can do easily with the official company. Also, I had to order \'tester\' patches from Velux site to make sure I was getting the right blind before ordering here. Would be nice if they could offer the tester patches to help with purchases. Web site good, delivery accurate and quick and product correct - good job.
I didn’t need customer service or returns. Love my new blind so much I’m going to order two more:)
