I have written to say the wrong size blind was sent, but I have heard nothing, and this has really affected my experience. The website was good , easy to understand, order and pay. Unfortunately the returns and replacement service has been poor.

Still waiting for the delivery despite the tracking app showing it’s been at the uk depot since 02.05 approx 35 hrs ago. I appreciate they are coming from France but it was the 5th March when GLS received the parcel, today is the 15th March. That is 10 days ago! I am appalled that a company as large as Velux has such a bad delivery service provider.

One point, on packaging, the drawstring either side of the blind is packaged, within the metal frame of the blind and with a cardbord insert. Customers need to be informed not to remove the cardboard inserts until after fitting the blind into its final fitted position.

First time use of the web site. Very easy to use and fast delivery. Well packed. I understand that the instructions were easy to follow and the blind was installed very quickly with no problems. Overall very impressed.

The pictograms explaining installation were too cryptic for me, but I found a video on Youtube that showed exactly how to install the blind and after that I didn't look at the pictograms. I don't know if you have your own explanatory video, but a link to one on Youtube or to your own would be far better than trying to use the pictograms.
