The quality is far inferior to non branded blinds for velux windows. We were stuck due to the size of these and availability. One of the two blinds installed constantly sticks and gets caught despite nothing in the way.

The time in takes from placing an order to delivery is to long. If I had taking more time and read your delivery lead times, I would have purchased from another company. The delivery tracker is giving incorrect information. Showed 2 ticks its on its way, next day back to 1 tick. Did the driver return ? Regards Chris Ball
