I appreciated the speedy reply to my first message, which identified the code for the window I have. I loved the detailed colour options available, though it was sometimes difficult to see the difference and not really reliable when choosing a colour from a screen, as opposed to in person. The delivery time let you down, together with lack of updates during the wait. The price of the plastic fittings required to fit the blind was way too expensive
