The instructions for pairing the switch that comes with the item are very poor. It took phone call to be told to watch a you tube video to sort it out. That’s not good enough instructions need updating

I knew I wanted the blind that has a sun shade and black out. It’s called duo but it’s not easy to find from the top pages You have to go looking. Also very slow delivery. We live in a world of next day delivery

I still haven't receieved my order and the tracking facility is pointless often offering conflicting information.

Remote control complicated to pair. The instructions if the instructions were clearer - there shouldn’t be a need to speak to customer service.

Blind had pin holes in it , which should have been detected at quality control stage
