Although when I ordered I provided the correct address, Velux then didn't get it correct in there communications to me and didn't provide delivery companies the correct address, which delayed my delivery, as I had to contact Velux, and they didn't update me quick enough. 3 different parcels arrived by different delivery companies, and one delivery contained 4 separate parcels of 4 small items , which would have easily fitted into one of the boxes. Also one of the delivery companies, namely Evri, didn't even tell me an item was out for delivery, the first I knew was a photo of the item at my back door, and I was on holiday. Not a good experience at all.
