The time in takes from placing an order to delivery is to long. If I had taking more time and read your delivery lead times, I would have purchased from another company. The delivery tracker is giving incorrect information. Showed 2 ticks its on its way, next day back to 1 tick. Did the driver return ? Regards Chris Ball

Knowledgeable and helpful staff; they told me very clearly how to pair the controller I was buying with my old velux solar window. And did not try to sell me a more expensive controller than what I needed.

Really pleased. Given I ordered seven blinds I was a little apprehensive about how complex the installation might be but got to say it was surprisingly straight forward. Velux even supplied a screwdriver along with very clear & detailed instructions. Obviously makes sense to double check the size you’re ordering to ensure it perfectly matches your window.! Top tip: suggest you have a carpenters bradawl to hand to pre guide screw holes!
