I purchased venetian blinds for my skylight windows. I liked the system where you simply select your particular window codes for the correct blind type and dimensions instead of having to take your own measurements. The blinds fit and function are excellent. The only small snag to my order was that the installation kit arrived separately several days after the blinds.

Thanks for the excellent customer service when my first blind was faulty. A new blind was sent and was excellent

Installation instructions appalling. Wasted lots of time. Pictures were not helpful. Instructions should have had written details of pitfalls to avoid.

No mention that a T10 star type screw driver is required to fit the blind. Fortunately I had one of these in my tool box! There are no plastic plates included in the fixing pack for the main blind cassette to be clipped on to - 1st step in the fixing instructions!. Fortunately I was replacing a very old blind so had these plates already in situ. Is it assumed that all Velux windows have these fixing plates already installed?? No Idea how you would get hold of these if required.
