I ordered 4 items in total (2 x blinds + 2 x Adaptor for telescopic pole). Due to late shipment running into a family vacation, I redirected the delivery to my local Post Office. Alas, only one item was redirected, the remaining 3 items were left behind my garden gate, visible and accessible to anyone calling at the property. Also, each "Adaptor for telescopic pole" was sent in its own cardboard box – a significant waste given the box chosen could easily accommodate 20 such items!
