The external shade blinds I bought and have fitted are excellent 5/5. But I mistakenly ordered a pair of internal fittings that are incompatible with the blinds ordered. So its a simple return of low value unopened product. I shouldnt have to fill a form and wait 72 hours for your contact me. Its now well past 72 hours and still heard nothing.
