I purchased 3x blackout/heat blinds for my CVP roof lights (CVP100150) that had been installed 7 years ago when we built a large rear extension. The fitting instructions for the blinds were easy to follow, and despite being 14foot up in the ceiling, they were straightforward to install from a ladder. I had to drill one hole into the Velux frame for the cable run - for which the drill guide and drill bit provided were easy to use. The only electrical connection was to the pre-installed connections in the front of the blind. The blinds work well and have have helped to significantly reduce the latent heating from the super-hot weather we are now experiencing I've retrofitted many Velux blinds to Velux products. They are always well engineered and work for years.
