Ordering was easy and I phoned Customer Service to check I’d ordered the right motor and parts - they were helpful. The blind and motor came in four separate deliveries but communication was good. However the parcel packaging containing the solar window motor was badly damaged. Luckily nothing had fallen out or was damaged. I found the installation instructions very difficult to follow. Once installed though the solar blind and solar powered window motor work perfectly.
