The website was not helpful, it was impossible to figure out what information I needed and what was related to the product I have. In addition the equipment I was sent did not work and would not connect to my WiFi!

Blind arrived and looks good. But I can’t put it up as my Window does not have the required mounting brackets. Ordering process did not prompt me to check for these. I now have to order again, pay another delivery fee and wait another 7-10 days in really hot weather before I can put my new blind up.

I ordered replacement blind for older type window Diagrammatic instructions difficult to follow particularly stage where the gloomy face diagram is so small that I couldn't see what it was warning against. I was also disappointed that though the product illustrated on the website (for older type windows) matched my existing blind the product I received was different, with a thicker frame and a more vicious action. It's a good product but difficult to open smoothly

As it's an older velux. The blind is lovely made and looks modern. Brilliant product
