The only issue I have with Velux is the difficulty in getting information on the correct blind selection which led to me ordering incorrect blinds that cost me approximately £400 and were 50 mm short due to a change of design.

I did have to persist longer than I wanted as I found it not doing what I wanted. The product was very easy to install, packed very well and arrived earlier than stated. Very nice blackout blinds.

Read the instructions correctly to ensure the plastic hole guides are prepared correctly.

The delivery was 5 days early so we were on holiday and missed it The screws didn’t fit as we didn’t receive the screwdriver and don’t have one (they are not UK crosshead screws)
