I only have one of the three blinds I ordered. My confirmation said I’d receive goods on 21 .7.2025. No mention when the other two blinds will arrive. Emails take 72 hours to reply to so I’m still waiting for a reply.

Hi.. I ordered online couple of weeks ago one part of same order received after 2 weeks and other part is still missing it was £165 order and I am in air I don't know where is my pa3

The instructions for pairing the switch that comes with the item are very poor. It took phone call to be told to watch a you tube video to sort it out. That’s not good enough instructions need updating

I knew I wanted the blind that has a sun shade and black out. It’s called duo but it’s not easy to find from the top pages You have to go looking. Also very slow delivery. We live in a world of next day delivery

I still haven't receieved my order and the tracking facility is pointless often offering conflicting information.
