The Evri delivery service could be improved. The predefined communication is all over the place in terms of delivery time slots and internal communication between despatch and final delivery feels like guesswork.

Identifying the correct product was easy and the online installation video was excellent to, the only thing the video didn’t reference was replacing an existing blind, I was a little concerned about removing the old cassette without damaging anything, however forwarding the installation video to the end was helpful.

The blind was so low quality I ended up removing and keeping the old one - with a hole in it - instead.
