The instructions could be a little more explicit, for instance the first thing is to remove the dense polystyrene from the reveal, it shows removing one screw, it actually had 3 and I initially was worried that i was removing the wrong piece, a simple x3 would have been reassuring. I rang Customer service to make sure I wouldn't be damaging the item.

Ordering the service kits was easy, parts look good, Delivery is the worst company I have ever come across £5.00 is the norm for that size parcel but the company you use DSL ? 10 to 12 days the tracking never moved for over a week

One blind was faulty which I found to be very annoying as I couldn’t complete the installation and have to wait another 10days for a replacement.

Instructions were terrible. I’d recommend investing in some user testing to ensure that instructions are user friendly.

Stock of refurb package had to be sent from abroad. Stock should be kept in UK to enable faster delivery.
