My only issue is the lack of email notification of dispatch or imminent or actual delivery. I accept that there is online tracking which I only accessed out of curiosity quite late in the process. We were unaware of the actual delivery and, again by chance, discovered the package on our doorstep. That said, delivery (from France) was a day or two quicker than anticipated and overall very satisfied.
