Was told that there would be a delay in supply for what I would have expected to be a stock item. Then got another message to say it had been dispatched, I thought great, no delay! But on careful reading it said the delivery date would be 10days forward!!!!Why so long to get it to me???

Evri are a poor service provider for rural locations. Advised we were not available to receive parcel when we were in the house and they simply were too lazy to find us

The remote doesn't work with my model of window the window i have has no model number on them so very difficult to match up the remote . Trying to resolve this with velux or supporting engineers is a nightmare no further forward
