Although it might appear pricey, the blinds fit perfectly. Well worth purchasing the proper velux blinds.

I had a Velux blinds for a bigger windows which has a very useful ratchet mechanisms to hold blinds in place at specific positions. This one unfortunately don't have it, which is a shame.

Mostly as very good quality product that fits easily to the windows and generally last; this time I finally bought 6 of my 'missing' velux blinds to complete the upstairs (12 veluxs in total in the house I built 20 years ago) and while these last 6 windows blinds were not essential they look good and will help retain heat and prevent some sunlight damage - the trigger really was the Black Friday sale prices, worth waitng for....

This was very easy to order. The blinds were super easy to install. I was impressed overall with the whole process. Will be ordering more when renovation cimpleted.

Delivery took ages (8 days instead of 2 days), customer service refused to match the current price on the website on the day of delivery (black friday promotion had kicked in a few days after I ordered and was still active), didn't care when I said I would then return the product, took 4 days to reply to the return request, and said they needed more 10 days to book a collection, and then 10 more days to process the refund. This is the worst customer experience I've had in a long time with any online retailer. I'll purchase from clone makers in the future: their pricing is more competitive, their customer service is better and their delivery time is much better. All this could have been avoided if the price difference between the price at order time and the price at (late) delivery time had been refunded.
