Used the full Velux design and install service. So much easier than having to find and manage an installer myself.
Quite a wait for delivery. The hub is a little cumbersome and I does not appear to connect through Alexa which is a shame However the blinds themselves are excellent and very easy to fit.
The website description of the product is very poor & we were not sure that we were ordering the correct product. I states replacement, what is that, you should have clear descriptions of your product & detailed information in what you are buying, terrible website
When I bought my blind it was not clear that they are not suitable for my application. I can\'t open and close them as I can\'t reach them and you do not have a way to solve this issue,
It took ages for Velux to replace some blinds and one of the solar panels/batteries is faulty on one of our new windows.
My order was delivered in 2 consignments - I expected 1 delivery. Two different carriers was quite confusing and I then missed the 2nd half of the delivery. Had to then pick them up from local post office.
Had slight problem with online ordering as it wouldn’t let me delete an item . Sorted with phone call and could have been my lack of computing skills .It\'s an age thing!!. Yet to be fixed in place but confident things will work out well.
