Package delivered to wrong address TWICE!! Parcelforce really let your firm down! It’s taken lots of calls to try and sort things and still haven’t got my blind! Won’t ever bother again

Excellent product, so well made and easy to install. Only criticism was that I had no message or email on the day of delivery to say it\'s out for delivery that day.
