Bought all my Velux windows and blinds in 2008 for my loft conversion so I am very pleased how well they have lasted although one is no longer operating electrically.Have tried all reset modes but to no avail.I will contact your technical department.Have contemplated buying a pole but will wait and see until I have got in touch.
My husband felt that some of the more fiddly aspects of fitting would benefit from some written instructions, not just pictures. He found some quite helpful advice on Youtube.
One tiny piece of feedback on the instructions: the threads had a loop that didn\'t correspond to the diagram. We took a risk and pulled it through and the blind was fine. That\'s all - very good service otherwise.
The packaging was not great difficulty in knowing were to cut so not to damage the blinds. You should look at Apple packaging to see how it should be done. The screw for fixing were a very poor quality. Easy to round and I use Snapon tools. Had to use my own screws.
