The website has an issue when it comes to payment , it will not accept payment when Firefox is the browser, but will accept via MS Edge. As most other merchants will work with Firefox this is inconvenient. Please sort.

I had no tracking sent, the item arrived with broken packaging and damaged. It is unacceptable, to be honest

Simple instructions on-line, but very difficult to fit a replacement.

Had a fault with one of the blinds and it was replaced without any cost to me....great service.

Due to a 2mm thich piece of cord snapping i have to replace a £150 blackout blind. No recycling of any of the component parts, all of which are otherwise perfectly reusable. The blind is fine. The edgings are fine. Even the screws and screwdriver are fine but I had to buy a new blind and throw all of the old one in the bin. In this day that is disgraceful.
