Slow,unhelpful 2 of my post got stolen I think,still waiting for a reply I emailed them twice with a ticket,spoke to 2 agent nearly 2 hours of my day.the 1st one said oh let me find out then closed the phone didn’t even ring back,2nd agent was abit more professional said he would ring me back if the line failed,told him the situation again he agreed with me about how they sent exposed products showing what the product is and showing a thief what it is,there will be more chance of it getting stolen especially when it cost £200 each.he said his gonna find out with the delivery company and get back to me,did he ring back? No.so I’m sitting here still wondering did it get stolen . Oh and they take forever to answer the phone.regretting using velux official website very unprofessional
