The DBL blind is not a good fit despite being the one your site recommended. It seems to me that the DBL is actually a much inferior blind than the DKL which I was replacing and and your site should be honest in that, and why doesn\'t it fit securely at the top whereas the previous DKL did?!
I emailed you on 7th April having received and installed a blackout blind with which I was dissatisfied and I have had no reply. I will need to replace this blind which does not cut out the light sufficiently. Can you help?
Smart blinds, fit really well. Installation easy once instructions totally understood
Blind fits exactly to the window and it’s movement is very secure. I bought a blackout blind and it fab. I will be buying more as I decorate each room that needs one.
Thank you for your customer service I really appreciated getting a response and an answer to my issue
My order for replacement black-out blinds was delivered in two parts: the first contained 3 blinds and appeared to have come from France. One of these blinds arrived having lost its tension. This took a while to resolve, having to dismantle the fittings and work out how to re-tension the spring in the blind. Eventually all worked out OK with minimal damage to the blind. The second package came from Scotland and contained one blind and the 4 sets of mounting fittings ( required as my windows are 1980s vintage). Installation is fiddly trying to fix small screws inside the mounting pieces, end brackets and side channels with very little clearance to the window glass. One window was over a stair well which made access more difficult! After a fiddly installation the blinds all work well and give more effective blackout than the original models.
