We ordered paint and a maintenance kit. Delivery was forecast to be 10 to 12 days at time of order, and this is the time it took, so the expectation was accurate. However 10 to 12 days is too long! In fact, this customer feedback survey arrived before the products did!

We have had velux windows and black out blinds for 20 plus years and they was great and worked perfect. We recently got new velux windows and ordered the blinds to match and the quality is not the same. They was easy to install but when you close two out of the three that we purchased, they do not shut correctly with a slight gap on one side which lets some light through and the blind is all wrinkled on the same side. We are disappointed in the quality and the fit, the old ones was much better in all aspects. Thanks

Purchased solar powered blinds, very well engineered, instructions are not complicated, I fitted them myself and didn\'t find that difficult to do, they work very well, and look great. Thank you

Delivery issue due to incorrect address used, although full address was given on the purchase. Therefore there was an additional delay in delivery on an already slow delivery time.

I’m not very handy but found the product easy to install. The instructions were adequate but it was a piece on YouTube which pulled the thing together. Suggest Velux produce a short demo for products like this.
