The only way to improve is to speed up delivery but that’s it. Everything else was perfect

I’ve been waiting in excess of five days for delivery of the item. The courier that you have used has been to my house rang. The bell in the hours of the morning. Waited A few seconds then left. He had no regard for people who have disabilities and unable to get to the door instantly. He’s done this twice and the goods are still in transit that regard is unsatisfactory taken into account your responsible delivery of goods Which I still do not have!
I ordered a blind from another company and it did not black out the window. Was refunded and ordered this one, much much happier and a far better product
