It was lovely to speak to customer service department who were extremely knowledgeable on the products and nothing was too much trouble. They spent time explaining what I needed and saved me money as well. Such a refreshing change to speak to team who epitomised the meaning of service. Please pass on my thanks

Superb customer care agent who was patient, knowledgeable and, and exceedingly helpful, with advice which instilled confidence in me as a customer with an old VELUX window who could recommend correct replacement blind. Delighted! Thank you.
Slight wave down one side of the blind itself, I assume it’s slightly out of alignment in manufacturing as all other installation measurements are correct.
